Adopting a Guinea Pig

Thanks for thinking of the Adoption Option! Our adoptables come from all walks of life - owners moving or no longer have time, kids lost interest, taken from a bad situation and did not realize how much care it needs, stray, or from the shelter or other rescues that don't normally handle guinea pigs. All year we seem to receive entire herds from people who were sold "two females."

These pets are kept in foster parent's homes. We have guinea pig adoption days every other weekend (check calendar for dates) but we do require an adoption application be submitted ahead of time to ensure that the pigs that you are interested/that would be a good fit for your family can be there ahead of time.
